Family Support Counselor

The Family Support Counselor coordinates treatment services for children and families enrolled in the program.   Provides: Clinical assessment, treatment planning, case management, home visits, and therapeutic intervention to a caseload of (10-14) children and families in compliance with: A Child’s Haven (ACH) Policies, SCDHHS-Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services Policies, DSS Child Care Regulations, CARF, MIECHV, and best practice standards.    Demonstrates a thorough understanding of related eligibility and revenue requirements associated with Medicaid and other funding sources.  Bilingual (Spanish) is also encouraged. Therapeutic Provider

The Therapeutic Provider assists his/her team with effective classroom functions and therapeutic interventions.  Drive the bus in safe transportation of the children, or provide supervision of children while being transported, and provide positive interactions with parents and caregivers. Therapeutic Group Lead

The Therapeutic Group Lead coordinates the early childhood team’s efforts in providing a developmentally appropriate classroom environment for effective treatment of individual children to obtain their goals and oversees the integration of classroom activities with established treatment plans.  Click here for full posting details.

Part-time Bus Driver/Transportation Monitor

Drive the bus in safe transportation of the children, or provide supervision of children while being transported, and provide positive interactions with parents and caregivers. Clinical Treatment Lead

The classroom Clinical Treatment Lead ensures the appropriate development of an intervention and therapeutic treatment plan for each child by leading the development and its implementation performed by the classroom treatment team and oversees the treatment plan’s integration with daily classroom activities and lessons.  Click here for full posting details.
